Background and Journey

I am a software engineer based in Poland, working with clients and teams worldwide. My focus is centered on the modern JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem, specifically crafting responsive, highly accessible web applications using React 19, Next.js 16 (App Router), and Tailwind CSS.

Over the course of my career, I have contributed to production platforms across various business domains:

  • Certifier (August 2025 - Present): Frontend Developer focusing on scalable application architecture, design system implementation, and user experience performance.
  • Freelance Engineering (January 2025 - July 2025): Designing, building, and deploying custom fullstack websites and SaaS applications with automated deployment pipelines and tailored SEO strategies.
  • Helpfind (2023 - January 2025): Developing customer-facing web interfaces, optimizing checkout conversion funnels, and building reusable UI component libraries.
  • Computer Science Education (2021 - 2025): Formal university degree covering algorithms, data structures, relational database systems, and software engineering methodologies.

I believe that great web applications sit at the intersection of technical performance and intuitive visual design:

  • Performance is a core feature: A slow website ruins user trust. I optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) from day one, leveraging server components, lazy evaluation, modern asset compression, and clean DOM hierarchies.
  • Accessibility and semantics: Real users navigate with keyboards, screen readers, and diverse input devices. Using native HTML elements, proper ARIA labeling, and sensible focus management is non-negotiable.
  • Pragmatic AI tooling: I incorporate modern AI workflows (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and v0) to accelerate mechanical coding, while keeping strict human control over architecture, security boundaries, and code quality.
